Patients' Information

Patient's room number and full legal name is required for all deliveries.  If the patient is in the ICU, the hospital will not allow delivery until the patient has been moved out of the ICU. 

Delivery Policy

A local delivery fee of $5.00 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, fees vary.)

Same day delivery is available for all local deliveries if the order is received before 3:00PM EST.  Please call us if a delivery needs to be delivered after the 3PM EST cut off time.

Deliveries outside our delivery areas are available by transmitting your order to another florist.  However our products on our website are only available for
delivery by our shop only.  We can handle out of area orders via our relationships with Floral Source and Teleflora^®.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee an exact time. Please specify if you would like your delivery before 12PM or after 12PM.
